Faulty products can be returned for a refund within 28 days of the order date, excluding the initial delivery charge. We will inspect and decide if you are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of receiving the faulty e-liquid bottles and thereafter be in touch in regards to a refund or replacement. Opened or used e-liquid bottles cannot be refunded or replaced.
Initial delivery charges cannot be refunded and will be deducted from the total value. Monthly prize draw winnings cannot be replaced or refunded.
